Is This It com was created by Steven Warren for people with whom he had worked to continue their own personal and professional development. As people progressed in their own development exploring new ideas created a challenge. There is so much information out there which often results in confusion. Steven's clear, down to earth style makes in brings together a whole host of people and resources from a variety of backgroungs to share information and explore together. Scientists, doctors, practioners, management leaders, partners, the list is endless as we are all becoming more aware of a world outside ourselves and how various unseen elements and preconscious ideas can guide us through life.

And so this site is designed to provide you with simple, down to earth understanding of the variety of approaches which you can readily explore to understand where you are now at this stage in you life and where we want to go with your future self. For some people a form of crisis will have created the need to ask' Is This It 'and for others such a statement will have come simply from a time to reflect.

Here we deal with FACTS which have been accumulated by our reading, practical experience, interviews with notable people in the world of science, subtle energy medicine, shamanism, psychology and the everyday man in the street who often knows, yes knows at a gut level, what is right, what is wrong, what is real and, what is imagined.

There is no teaching, many words of wisdom perhaps on this site but we recognise how we are all born into this life not to learn but to express who we really are and what we really know.
